For purchases made directly from luckyharvey.com, your order confirmation serves as your valid warranty certificate — your warranty is automatically registered from the date of delivery, and no dealer stamp is required. During the warranty period, and by presenting the valid warranty certificate or your luckyharvey.com order confirmation, you will have the right to have any defect repaired free of charge.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
1. Normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. scratched crystal; alteration of the colour and/or material of non-metallic straps and chains, such as leather, textile, rubber; peeling of the plating).
2. Any damage to any part of the watch resulting from abnormal or abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.), incorrect use of the watch, or non-observance of the use directions.
3. Any Lucky Harvey watch handled by non-authorized persons (e.g. for services or repairs) or altered from its original condition beyond the brand's control.
4. Any further claim against Lucky Harvey for damages additional to the warranty described above is expressly excluded.
